本文基于社会语言学视角探讨了职业性别隔离在汉语中的表现与测量问题。重点评述了新的语言指数GO，该指数通过测量职业中性别标记词的使用情况，以此预测职业性别隔离的程度，揭示了职业性别隔离与时间、语言体裁和地区之间存在复杂的相互作用。其结果推动了职业性别隔离领域相关研究的发展，反映出了汉语在使用过程中发生的变化。
