本研究旨在深入探讨小胶质细胞在慢性脑低灌注中的作用及其作为治疗靶点的潜力。通过系统回顾相关文献,结合最新研究成果,分析小胶质细胞在慢性脑低灌注条件下的激活机制、表型转化及其与其他细胞类型的相互作用,系统阐述其在疾病进程中兼具促损伤与促修复的双重功能特征,梳理靶向小胶质细胞的药物干预及细胞基因治疗策略的研究进展,深入分析当前研究的局限性及临床转化面临的核心挑战,为慢性脑低灌注相关疾病的干预提供理论依据与研究思路。
