正畸正颌联合治疗是严重骨性错颌的重要疗法，分传统模式与手术优先模式（SFA）。传统模式含术前正畸、正颌手术、术后正畸三阶段，但因术前治疗久、并发症多且可能加重面部畸形，应用受限。SFA 省略术前正畸，解决了传统模式治疗周期长、术前面部恶化问题，目前已广泛临床应用。本文综述 SFA，为临床医生治疗骨性错颌畸形提供新思路。
