文章摘要
创伤性脑损伤后继发性损伤严重影响患者预后,炎症反应是其中的关键病理机制。本文系统阐述了炎症反应在TBI继发性损伤中的作用机制,包括小胶质细胞激活、促炎因子释放、血脑屏障破坏及氧化应激等环节,为后续针对性治疗提供依据。
