在全球化和信息化的时代背景下,生成式人工智能(GAI)正在深刻重塑高等教育的教与学模式。本研究以牛津大学为典型案例,深入剖析其在积极拥抱GAI技术革新时,如何通过构建一套系统的、分层的治理与支持体系来应对随之而来的学术诚信、数据安全及学生技术依赖等挑战。研究发现,牛津大学的实践经验遵循能力本位;分层治理和教育回归三重内在逻辑。为全球高校在人工智能时代坚守教育本质、培养未来创新人才提供了系统而有价值的借鉴与启示。
