AI的快速发展为英语教育数字化转型提供了新的动能，然而其在教学实践中的深度融合仍面临挑战。本研究突破传统技术应用范式，首次从教育本体论视角构建AI时代英语教学的复合型应用模式，提出包含平台资源、虚拟仿真、数据分析、人机交互、优化测评等多维融合框架。通过混合研究方法，在交互式多媒体、虚拟英语角和AI剧本创作等典型场景中开展教学实践，重构了“教-学-评”生态体系。结果显示，运用人工智能辅助的教学模式能够有效地提高教学效率和学生学习动机，且能够针对学生个体差异实施精准教学。
