文章摘要
本文聚焦于中国农民工职业病问题,特别是尘肺病农民工群体,探讨了政府与非营利慈善组织合作治理的有效性与挑战。通过文献综述、问卷调研和访谈法,本文收集了丰富的数据和信息,揭示了尘肺病农民工面临的健康和经济挑战,以及政慈合作在提供救助和改善患者生活质量方面的作用。研究发现,尽管政慈合作在尘肺病防治方面取得了一定成效,但仍存在数据管理不足、政策执行偏差和合作可持续性问题。为此,本文提出了构建信息共享平台、深化数据分析、建立政策执行监督机制等建议,以优化政慈合作机制,提高尘肺病防治工作的效率和效果。
