The impact of online culture on the values of young people is relatively diverse, with both positive and negative effects. On the one hand, the diverse values embedded in online culture can broaden students' horizons and help them enhance their understanding and tolerance of different cultures. On the other hand, the negative values present in online culture, such as materialism and hedonism, can also affect students' behavior and attitudes. Therefore, in the process of higher education, teachers should guide students to have a correct view of online culture and cultivate their ability to distinguish right from wrong. In order to promote the dual promotion and mutual improvement of online behavior and moral cultivation, this article explores the dilemma of value education for college students under the influence of online culture, and proposes relevant countermeasures for reference only.
