To effectively enhance the practical abilities of applied talent in pharmaceutical-related majors in universities, this paper briefly outlines the background and concept of "dual-qualified" faculty. It analyzes the necessity of cultivating practical skills for applied talent in pharmaceutical-related majors, and subsequently proposes feasible pathways for developing such skills under the guidance of "dual-qualified" faculty. These pathways are explored from four perspectives: faculty team, teacher evaluation, curriculum system, and university-enterprise collaboration. The aim is to provide some reference for relevant researchers.
