Constructing the development pattern of deep integration of culture, sports and tourism is the need of building a Chinese-style modern power and realizing common prosperity of the economy. In recent years, Dalian has made active exploration around the upgrading of cultural and sports tourism consumption, and accumulated rich experience in the integration and development of cultural and sports tourism industry. The main goal of this study is to obtain the market competitive advantage of Dalian's cultural and sports tourism industry, using the methods of literature, questionnaire, field investigation and other methods, to explore the path of three directions of the integration and development of Dalian's cultural and sports tourism industry: First, the government and enterprises work together to build characteristic cultural and sports tourism projects. Second, build a high-quality cultural tourism industrial park. Third, constantly improve the level of internationalization of the cultural industry.
