文章摘要
With the rapid economic development and deepening globalization in China, Chinese enterprises have shown significantly increased enthusiasm for participating in international economic activities, leading to a continuous expansion of their outward direct investment (OFDI). In this context, how companies scientifically formulate OFDI strategies to maximize economic benefits has become a core issue in management practice. This paper uses the global investment practices of Huawei Technologies Co., Ltd. as a typical case study to distill key elements of its strategic success, ultimately aiming to provide an operational framework with practical value for optimizing OFDI decisions by Chinese enterprises.
