With the rapid development of the global economy and continuous upgrading of industrial structures, the demand for high-quality technical and skilled talents is becoming increasingly urgent. As an essential component of the vocational education system, undergraduate vocational education bears the significant responsibility of cultivating highly skilled technical and technical talents that meet the needs of industrial development. The spirit of craftsmanship, as a comprehensive embodiment of excellent qualities such as striving for excellence, precision, dedication, and focus, plays a crucial role in guiding the high-quality development of undergraduate vocational education. A thorough study of the value leadership and cultivation paths of the spirit of craftsmanship in undergraduate vocational education provides theoretical support for vocational colleges to implement the fundamental task of "moral education and technical skills integration," effectively addressing the urgent need for cultivating master craftsmen in the new era as part of national strategy.
