With the advancement of social economy and the flourishing development of cultural industries, the market demand for professional talents in arts and crafts sculpture is growing increasingly. However, universities currently face numerous challenges in cultivating arts and crafts sculpture professionals, and existing cultivation models struggle to meet the market's actual demand for high-caliber, creative sculpture talents. This paper will thoroughly analyze the specific problems existing in university arts and crafts sculpture talent cultivation models and propose targeted reform measures, hoping to enhance the quality of talent cultivation and promote the continuous advancement of arts and crafts sculpture programs.
