In the era of new media, the quality education of art major college students is facing new opportunities and challenges. This article explores the impact of new media on the quality education of art major college students, analyzes the current problems in quality education, and proposes ways to improve the effectiveness of quality education from the aspects of curriculum system, teaching methods, practical platforms, and teacher construction, aiming to enhance the comprehensive quality of art major college students and meet the needs of the times.
