The in-depth application of intelligent technology is reshaping the basic form and operation logic of spoken communication. This study focuses on the systematic impact of intelligent voice technology on the ecology of spoken communication, and we will analyze the paradigm innovation of spoken communication from the three dimensions of technological intervention, interaction mode, and communication effectiveness. It is found that the popularization of intelligent voice assistants in daily life reconstructs the way of information access, virtual anchors promote the intelligent transformation of the content production process, and voice social networking platforms give rise to a new type of interactive relationship network. These technological practices have not only expanded the boundaries of oral communication, but also triggered deep changes in the subject of communication, interaction rules and content forms. However, there are multiple challenges behind the technological empowerment: the naturalness bottleneck of speech synthesis constrains the effect of emotion transmission, the algorithmic recommendation mechanism leads to the limitation of personalized expression, and the semantic bias caused by dialect and cultural differences exacerbates the communication gap. This study further reveals that the contradiction between technological standardization and linguistic diversity, and the confrontation between efficiency and humanistic values constitute the core dilemmas of spoken communication in the intelligent era. In response to these problems, we advocate the construction of a collaborative human-computer content production mechanism and the development of context-adaptive interaction systems to maintain linguistic and cultural diversity as much as possible in technological innovation. These explorations provide theoretical references and practical paths for grasping the integration law of intelligent technology and spoken communication, and promoting the construction of a more inclusive human-computer communication ecology.
