The establishment of school-community cooperative education mechanism for social work major in higher vocational education is an important way for the high-quality development of higher vocational education. Based on the perspective of service learning, this paper aims at the problems of insufficient cooperation depth, resource integration difficulties, and low participation enthusiasm of students in the current school-community collaborative education, and proposes to deepen the cooperation mechanism, integrate and share resources, improve students' participation, clarify the concept and goal of education, design service learning projects, and strengthen practical training and reflection. These measures can effectively improve students' professional quality and social responsibility, have practical guiding significance for the training of social work professionals, and promote the continuous optimization of school-community cooperation education mechanism.
