Dalian is a coastal city with rich cultural, sports and tourism resources. However, compared with similar coastal cities such as Weihai, Yantai, Qingdao, Zhuhai and Xiamen, Dalian's cultural industry still needs to be improved in terms of innovation ability and market competitiveness, especially in the context of the integration of culture, sports and tourism, Dalian needs to further strengthen the innovation and development of cultural industry. This paper focuses on the inevitability of the integration of culture, sports and tourism industry in Dalian, and puts forward feasible countermeasures and suggestions to promote the innovation and development of cultural industry in Dalian, that is, to play the leading role of the government in practice, to stimulate the vitality of market players, and to promote the digital and intelligent development of cultural industry.
