With the vigorous development of shipping industry, the mental health status of seafarers is directly related to the improvement of navigation safety and work efficiency. Therefore, the teaching quality of Seafarers' psychology course has received more and more attention. Based on the theory of constructivism, this paper makes a deep discussion on the modular teaching of the course "Crew Psychology". This paper first introduces the importance and characteristics of the course "Crew Psychology" and analyzes the applicability of the course. Then, under the guidance of constructivism theory, the modular teaching mode of "Crew Psychology" is discussed in detail. It is hoped that the research of this paper can provide theoretical basis and practical guidance for improving the teaching quality of "Seafarers Psychology" and training high-quality seafarers to meet the development needs of modern shipping industry.
