With the development of society, traditional intangible cultural heritage Shaoxing Opera has gradually faded out of the sight of young people. Given the strong support of national policies for the development of intangible cultural heritage, vigorously developing intangible cultural heritage has become a top priority. Through the promotion and educational activities of "environmental Shaoxing Opera" in colleges and universities, opera appreciation courses can be carried out to let students appreciate and learn environmental Shaoxing Opera. Besides, opera art clubs can be established for students to participate in immersive performance activities. Also, the "opera microphone passing" interaction can be added to complete the relay of Shaoxing Opera lyrics. These efforts aim to strengthen the popularization and promotion of Shaoxing Opera culture among the public, especially students. At the same time, explore the integration of classic Shaoxing Opera and contemporary popular culture in the performance form of environmental Shaoxing Opera and the expression means of "opera microphone passing", promote the rejuvenation of Shaoxing Opera, and attract more young audiences to intangible cultural heritage Shaoxing Opera. The introduction of environmental Shaoxing Opera into campuses promotes the inheritance and development of Shaoxing Opera culture in colleges and universities.
