With the continuous development of society and the rapid transformation of the music industry, cultivating music education professionals with innovative and entrepreneurial capabilities has become an important issue in higher education. This paper explores the pathways for cultivating such talents in music education from the perspective of industry-academia-research collaboration. By analyzing the current state and existing problems of talent cultivation in music education, it proposes innovative solutions to provide references for the cultivation of innovative and entrepreneurial talents in this field.
