Under the background of the new era, as the core force of children 's political enlightenment, the young pioneers ' counselors are faced with multiple difficulties in their professional development : part-time work, ambiguous role positioning, insufficient role identity, insufficient professional quality and imperfect development mechanism. In order to break through the dilemma, it is necessary to build a multi-dimensional path : such as strengthening top-level design, optimizing institutional mechanisms, cultivating professional culture, reconstructing the training system, and empowering counselors themselves.
