In the context of high-quality educational development in the new era, the establishment of "new schools" provides a valuable "zero-start" opportunity for the exploration of "new quality schools". This article focuses on how new schools can systematically build a new ecological environment for education that is oriented towards the future, and proposes six core focuses: cultural construction with the goal of "value guidance and innovation gene cultivation"; curriculum construction centered on "competence orientation and school-based system reconstruction"; classroom reform with the key being "learning-centered and paradigm revolution"; teacher training supported by "professional leadership and community building"; student quality improvement with the aim of "integration of all-round development and individual development"; and environmental improvement based on "space-based education and digital empowerment". These six dimensions are interrelated and work together to jointly point towards systematically implanting the "new quality" genes from the very beginning of school establishment, aiming to provide a practice paradigm from scratch for the reform and innovation of basic education in the new era.
