Based on the positioning of vocational undergraduate education and aligned with the core industry demands for technical talent, this paper explores the pathways for integrating Craftsmanship Spirit into the entire process of talent cultivation in vocational undergraduate education from six core dimensions: cultivation objectives, curriculum system, teaching implementation, practice education, faculty team construction, and evaluation mechanisms, aiming to achieve the deep integration of Craftsmanship Spirit and talent cultivation, catalyze the quality-oriented development of vocational undergraduate education and deliver high-quality technical talent with Craftsmanship Spirit for industrial upgrading.
