The assessment reform of this course "Software Quality Assurance and Testing" aims to promote students' autonomous learning. In response to the problem that traditional written examination assessment is difficult to comprehensively evaluate students' comprehensive abilities, the course has carried out comprehensive reforms in multiple aspects: integrating curriculum ideology and politics, and constructing a teaching model integrating post, course, competition and certificate; adopting online-offline hybrid teaching to optimize teaching methods; establishing a diversified evaluation system including online tests, learning behaviors, practical operations and final examinations; deepening school-enterprise cooperation and introducing real projects and enterprise tutor evaluations. The practical results show that the reform has effectively improved students' depth of mastery of testing theory, tool application ability (the average number of tools mastered increased from 1.2 to 3.5), reasonable rate of test design (from 43% to 82%), project defect detection rate (from 58% to 89%) and multi-dimensional career development ability. At the same time, by designing team collaboration tasks and role-playing, classroom participation (+200%) and willingness to continue learning (from 32% to 89%) have been significantly improved, successfully stimulating students' internal learning motivation. The reform has realized the transformation from knowledge imparting to ability training, and cultivated high-quality software testing talents that meet the needs of enterprises.
