The Spirit of the Educator is the spiritual banner guiding the growth of teachers in the new era, and it has a profound intrinsic link with the development of a high-quality preschool education teacher workforce. Empowering the high-quality development of the preschool education teacher workforce with the Spirit of the Educator holds unique value, helping them enhance professional standards, cultivate emotional warmth, and solidify professional resilience. Regarding practical pathways, it is necessary to construct an integrated pre-service and in-service training system, ensuring the Spirit of the Educator runs through the entire process of preschool teacher cultivation; efforts should be made collaboratively from the dual dimensions of spiritual guidance and material support to enhance preschool teachers' professional identity through the Spirit of the Educator; and a scientific evaluation mechanism guided by professional development should be established, fully integrating the Spirit of the Educator into the preschool teacher evaluation system.
