Pathways for Cultivating Rural Education Sentiment in Publicly Funded Normal University Students Under the Spirit of Educators

Publicly-funded normal students are an important "supply" for rural teachers, and their educational feelings are related to the high-quality development of rural education. Based on the six dimensions of the connotation of the spirit of educators, this article conforms to the theoretical logic of the spirit of educators and the feelings of rural education, and provides a comprehensive review of 5 normal colleges in Hunan ProvinceDuring the internship, 200 publicly-funded normal students conducted a survey on rural education sentiments and found that there are three common problems among publicly-funded normal students: insufficient value recognition at the cognitive level; lack of emotional belonging; Lack of practical ability at the practical level. Based on these three dimensions, the path of cultivating rural education feelings of publicly-funded normal students under the guidance of the spirit of educator is proposed.
