Case Analysis of Virtual-Real Combined Practice Teaching Model for Pharmacy Oriented by Industry-Education Integration

Under the background of high-quality development of the biopharmaceutical industry, practice teaching of pharmacy in application-oriented colleges and universities is facing the problem of divorce between supply and demand, which urgently needs to be addressed through teaching reform. Taking pharmacy of a certain application-oriented college as the research case, this study deeply analyzes the construction scheme of the “industry-education integrated + virtual-real combined” practice teaching model, builds “virtual simulation training platforms + real training bases” through schools and enterprises cooperation, realizes the optimization of teaching content design based on industrial demand, the formation of a mixed teaching staff composed of “double-position teachers + enterprise experts”, and the establishment of a multiple-subject comprehensive assessment system, and on this basis, achieves the goals of talent cultivation.
