Artificial intelligence (AI) is profoundly reshaping the global educational landscape, demonstrating multidimensional potential in the domain of international education management. This paper focuses on typical application scenarios of AI in international education governance and provides an in-depth analysis of the resulting structural transformations and practical challenges. The study finds that AI optimization algorithms exhibit high adaptability and efficiency gains in areas such as student services, resource scheduling, curriculum evaluation, and multi-campus coordination, accelerating the shift toward intelligent and personalized education. However, limitations remain in algorithm transparency, cultural adaptability, data governance, and ethical risks. Based on a synthesis of current research and practical cases, the paper proposes application strategies that balance technological advantage with risk mitigation, aiming to offer both theoretical foundations and actionable pathways for the future transformation of international education management.
