Career experience comprehensive practical activities serve as an important pathway for career enlightenment in elementary schools, and the significance of career experience is increasingly recognized. Research has identified several issues in the implementation of these activities, including the formalization of the teaching process, limitations in course resources, and a lack of professional teachers. To better conduct career experience activities, elementary schools should prioritize the development of comprehensive practical activity courses, expand course resources, and enhance the professional competence of teachers.
