This paper focuses on the run-through cultivating modes with the integration of secondary vocational education, higher vocational education and undergraduate education in vocational education in Hainan province, deeply analyzes its status quo, reveals the problems in policy adaptation, operation of the cultivating modes and talent matching and diagnoses key difficulties such as curriculum connection, teaching mode, construction of teaching staff, school-enterprise collaboration and social cognition. By constructing an integrated course system, innovating teaching modes, perfecting the management mechanism of teachers, deepening the integration of industry and education and establishing and improving the evaluation system. Research shows that the optimized modes has significantly improved the quality of talent cultivation and the industry matching, providing practical reference for the construction of a modern vocational education system.
