The literature, cases, data, etc. collected on the Internet platform may have unclear sources and the author has not signed his name. If Internet users download and use online materials at will, they are likely to infringe on the intellectual property rights of others, which will have a negative impact on themselves and others. Faced with the frequent occurrence of infringement, the pressure and difficulty of intellectual property protection are relatively high. Strengthening intellectual property protection in the new era is an important measure to safeguard citizens' rights and ensure academic fairness and justice, and is particularly crucial for the development of both academia and practice.In view of this, based on the analysis of the current situation of protection, this article focuses on exploring countermeasures to strengthen intellectual property protection in the new era from five aspects: policy guidance, financial support, legal constraints, technological empowerment, and educational security. It is hoped that the national intellectual property protection system can be continuously improved from multiple dimensions, the legitimate rights and interests of relevant entities can be safeguarded, and a "hundred flowers bloom, hundred birds compete" patent research and application situation can be formed.
