Marx's labor education ideology holds significant importance for cultivating high-quality talents and promoting sustainable social development. Thoroughly exploring the connotation, formation background, and development process of Marx's labor education ideology, and analyzing its core content from theories such as labor value theory and the all-round development of human beings, is conducive to addressing the problems faced by contemporary society in the fields of education, talent cultivation, and social development. Marx's labor education ideology encompasses essential aspects such as the essence of labor, the integration of education and productive labor, the elimination of labor alienation, and the realization of the free and all-round development of human beings. It has contemporary value in promoting the all-round development of individuals, driving educational reforms, and facilitating the harmonious development of society.
