In the face of rapidly changing market demands, the lag of traditional talent cultivation models becomes prominent, as the disciplinary knowledge system and industry applications fail to connect effectively. The integration of industry and education provides an innovative solution to this contradiction, with the key being to break down the original barriers between educational entities and industrial entities, integrate resources, reshape processes, and build a collaborative education ecosystem. This article mainly analyzes the requirements for cultivating talent in cultural market marketing and proposes pathways for talent cultivation in cultural market marketing under the integration of industry and education.
