This paper explores the ethical dilemmas and coping strategies of gene editing technology in high school biology teaching. It analyzes the current teaching status and points out that gene editing technology faces ethical dilemmas such as respect for human dignity, gene discrimination, and ambiguous ethical principles in high school teaching. It is proposed that strategies such as strengthening teacher training, enriching teaching resources, conducting diverse teaching activities, and improving teaching evaluation systems to enhance students' scientific literacy and ethical awareness.
