Educational justice is a key element of social justice and plays a crucial role in promoting fairness and harmony in society. However, the current educational system in our country still exhibits a pronounced dualism and faces structural shortages in resource allocation. This paper, based on Rawls’s theory of education and justice, conducts a philosophical examination of the current issues of educational justice in our country from three aspects: rights justice, distributional justice, and compensatory justice, and proposes corresponding solutions.
