文章摘要
This paper focuses on the problem of alienation of incentives in primary and secondary school teachers' title evaluation system. The background of the study is that the motivation of young teachers is frustrated in the evaluation of teachers' titles in China, and the phenomena of “lying flat”, gender inequality and promotion quota have weakened the role of incentives. The aim is to enrich the theory of teacher motivation and title evaluation, to provide protection for the reform of the title evaluation system and to build a good selection mechanism. Through literature research and case analysis, it is found that the system has problems such as one-sidedness, negative results and limited space for progress. It is characterized by unfair competition and high pressure on dissertations, which have negative impacts on both individual teachers and schools. Coping strategies such as reforming the evaluation criteria and establishing multiple incentive mechanisms are proposed.
