Economic globalization is an important trend in today's world development.Through the transnational flow of capital,technology,talents and information,it promotes the deep integration and reconstruction of global value chains.In this process,the new quality of productivity,as the core driving force for economic growth,with digital,intelligent and green as the main characteristics,is profoundly changing the traditional mode of production and economic structure,while putting forward new challenges and requirements for the labor market and education system.However,the current education system still lags behind in the aspects of course content,teaching methods and teacher level,and it is difficult to effectively respond to the urgent demand for innovative and compound talents by the new quality productivity.Based on this,this paper focuses on the interaction between economic globalization and the new quality productivity,discusses the development characteristics of the new quality productivity and its impact on the education system,analyzes the main problems faced by the education system in the process of adapting to this change,and puts forward corresponding reform paths and strategy suggestions.
