With the development of higher education, it is becoming more and more important to combine theory with practice of pedagogy in colleges and universities. This paper explores the significance to combine theory with practice of pedagogy in colleges and universities, analyzes the existing problems, puts forward the corresponding paths to combine the both and aims at promoting the improvement of quality of education in colleges and universities and cultivating high-quality talents that meet the requirements of the society.
