With the rapid development of information technology, the demand for computer network talents is growing and showing a diversified trend. This paper discusses the teaching reform of computer network technology and the quality improvement of talent training in-depth, analyzes the existing problems in the teaching process of this subject, expounds the specific measures of teaching reform, including optimizing course system, innovating teaching methods, strengthening practice teaching, etc. At the same time, it discusses how to improve the quality of talent training by perfecting the evaluation system and other means and aims to provide a useful reference for computer network technology to train high-quality applied talents that meet the social demand.
