文章摘要
This research uses a grounded theory approach to explore the linguistic patterns associated with mood disorders among Chinese college students, drawing on data from three major social media platforms: Xiaohongshu, Weibo, and Bilibili. Through careful data collection, coding processes, and adherence to ethical standards, the study identifies key linguistic markers such as frequent simple sentences, fragmented narratives, and absolute expressions. These markers are grouped into four main categories: mental health and emotional regulation, stress from social and family relationships, self-identity and career challenges, and language and behavioral representation. This study presents the "Language-Psychology" Dynamic Mapping Model, a three-layered framework that connects surface-level linguistic features to deeper cognitive and emotional states. It also proposes a three-tiered intervention strategy ranging from digital mindfulness programs for low-risk cases to psycholinguistic coaching for high-risk individuals.
