With the rapid development of the pharmaceutical industry, the demand is continuously increasing for pharmaceutical engineering talents. As an important base for talent training, colleges and universities need to actively explore teaching reform strategies that integrate with industry demand. Based on the analysis of the status quo of pharmaceutical engineering major in colleges and universities, this paper expounds the necessity of teaching reform, introduces a series of targeted teaching reform strategies in detail, including optimizing course system, strengthening practice teaching and constructing teaching staff, at the same time, deeply analyzes the effect of teaching reform and aims to provide reference for further improving the teaching quality of pharmaceutical engineering and training high-quality talents that meet the industry demand.
