文章摘要
With the vigorous development of the navigation industry, the influence of the crew's psychological quality on the safety and efficiency of navigation has become more and more prominent. The importance of the course of "Crew psychology" is self-evident. Constructivism theory emphasizes the learner's active construction and situational knowledge, which provides a new way of thinking and method for the teaching of Seafarers Psychology. In order to have a deep understanding of it, based on the constructivism theory, this paper analyzes the nature, objectives and content structure of the course "Crew Psychology", and analyzes its role in the crew training system. On this basis, under the guidance of constructivism theory, a modular teaching model of "Crew Psychology" is designed. Then, the implementation process of this model is elaborated in order to effectively improve students' grasp and application ability of psychological knowledge.
