Under the background of cultural inheritance and innovation, the penetration of musical intangible cultural heritage (intangible cultural heritage) in college music teaching system is of great significance. This paper promotes the inheritance and innovation of music intangible cultural heritage in college music teaching by establishing characteristic curriculum system, introducing folk artists, carrying out practical activities, establishing teaching resource bank, using modern scientific and technological means, and strengthening cooperation between schools and regions. While enriching the content of college music teaching, it also enhances students' cultural identity and responsibility of inheritance, providing a new way of thinking and method for the sustainable development of intangible music.
