Homework is an important content of school education and teaching, is the continuation of classroom teaching, is an important link of the school to implement the fundamental task of moral education. In the process of implementing the "double reduction" policy, the for-profit after-school training institutions gradually shrink, and the school, it is more urgent to strengthen and improve the effectiveness of homework than before. How to promote each student to achieve comprehensive and personalized development through school-based homework design is a major issue that we need to think about deeply. This paper will introduce the design principles of high-quality operations, points out the problems existing in the traditional operation and how to optimize the operation design under the background of "double reduction", in order to provide suggestions for the subsequent optimization of effective operations.
