Order type, open type and focused type training mode are targeted, flexible and accurate respectively. The order-type training mode improves the employment matching degree and students 'practical ability, the open employment mode stimulates students' innovation potential, expands employment channels, and the focused employment mode deepens students' professional knowledge and accurately meets the needs of the industry. However, the three models also face challenges such as changes in enterprise demand, employment stability and industry fluctuations. In order to promote coordinated development, universities should optimize the curriculum system and strengthen the construction of teachers; enterprises should be deeply involved in personnel training and establish long-term cooperation mechanism; the government should improve policy support and build cooperation platform. Through the tripartite cooperation, we will create good employment conditions for business college students, train high-quality business talents, and promote economic and social development.
