This study provides a comprehensive analysis of public signage translation in Jiaxing under the Belt and Road Initiative, focusing on educational strategies to enhance translation quality. It identifies key translation issues related to grammar, terminology, and cultural adaptability and explores their root causes through field research and literature review. The study proposes educational interventions, such as translator training programs and the development of standardized translation guidelines, to improve public signage translation. These measures aim to promote cross-cultural communication and enhance Jiaxing’s international image through educational approaches.
