Under the background of the integration between industry and education, Undergraduate education is facing new opportunities and challenges in vocational universities. As an important part of undergraduate education in vocational universities, the construction of “double-position” teachers is very important to improve the teaching quality and train high-quality accounting talents that meet the market demand. Through an in-depth analysis of the status, problems and causes of the construction of “double-position” teachers of undergraduate accounting major in vocational universities under the background of the integration between industry and education, this paper puts forward a series of targeted construction strategies, aiming at providing theoretical support and practice guidance for promoting the development of undergraduate accounting education in vocational universities.
