In the digital economy era, brand-new requirements are imposed on the innovative competence of financial talents, and traditional teaching modes struggle to meet the demands of industry digital transformation. This paper focuses on the teaching reform paths in financial majors, revealing prominent issues in the current teaching system in aspects such as interdisciplinary integration, digital tool application, and practical platform construction through case analysis and empirical research. It proposes constructing a three-dimensional curriculum system oriented towards innovative competence, innovating a hybrid teaching mode driven by projects and combining virtual and real elements, and establishing a multivariate evaluation mechanism and a school-enterprise collaborative education platform. Practice has shown that the reform scheme can effectively enhance students' data analysis, strategic decision-making, and technological innovation abilities, with marked improvements in graduates' employment quality and corporate satisfaction. The research provides a referential implementation framework for the educational transformation of finance-related majors and suggests constructing a long-term guarantee mechanism from aspects such as faculty training and resource integration.
