This paper takes the impact of piano self-accompaniment skills on musical art presentation as the research object. It first elaborates on the artistic attributes of piano self-accompaniment and then analyzes the specific impacts of piano self-accompaniment skills in terms of the richness of musical expression, the individuality and innovativeness of artistic presentation, and the charm and appeal of stage performances. Finally, the paper discusses the application of piano self-accompaniment skills in practical teaching, proposes strategies to update teaching concepts, innovate teaching methods, cultivate students' skills, and enhance artistic literacy, and presents corresponding countermeasures for the challenges in practical teaching.
