In recent years, the integration of industry and education has become a key focus in modern vocational education. This exploration examines various models of industry-education integration, with a focus on their application, effectiveness, and challenges. The study reviews existing frameworks, analyzing how different models foster collaboration between educational institutions and industries. It identifies the benefits of such integration, including enhanced employability of graduates, the alignment of educational curricula with industry needs, and the promotion of innovation and practical skills. Moreover, the paper discusses the barriers to successful implementation, such as insufficient collaboration between stakeholders, gaps in communication, and the need for adequate resources. Based on case studies and research, the paper suggests strategies for overcoming these challenges and improving the effectiveness of industry-education integration in vocational education.
